Case No. 1164/17 arising out of Sonamukhi Police Station Case No. 101/2017 dated 11.12.2017 pending in the Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bishnupur at Bankura. As none appears for the petitioner on repeated calls, the revisional application stands dismissed for default. All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of the order be sent to the learned trial court for compliance and to proceed with the trial expeditiously, if not disposed of, in accordance with law.
