This revisional application under Section 401/482 of the Cr.P.C. has been filed by the petitioner challenging order dated 7.9.2011 passed by learned Executive Magistrate, Diamond Harbour in Case No. MF-1593 of 2011 under Section 144 (2) of the Cr.P.C.

On call, none appears for the petitioner. Mr. Binoy Panda along with Ms. Rita Dutta, learned advocates appear for the State. The appointments of the State advocates may be regularized by the concerned authority.

Perused the revisional application and the impugned order. The order under Section 144 (2) passed on 7.9.2011 was valid for a period of two months. The order has no force in the eye of law as per Section 144(4) of the Cr.P.C. Accordingly, there is nothing to set aside. The revisional application is, therefore, dismissed and is disposed of.
