Learned advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that there was a dispute amongst the brothers and subsequently at the intervention of friends, well wishers as well as the administration, the petitioners who were dispossessed have approached this Court has been reinstated at the residence.

Mr. Sengupta, learned senior government advocate, appears on behalf of the State.

In view of the changed circumstances the purpose for which the writ petition was preferred has been sub-served, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners do not intend to proceed with the writ petition. However, having regard that previously there

was an inimical relationship, police authorities would keep a vigil in case any complaint is filed before them. With the aforesaid observations, WPA 19367 of 2024 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
