Mr. Chakraborty, learned advocate appearing for the State submits a report prepared by the Inspector-in-Charge, Manikchak Police Station, Malda. Let it be kept with the record.

Report reflects that the learned Addiitonal District Judge, 1st Court, Malda was pleased to acquit the accused persons from the charges by its judgment and order dated 9th April, 2015.

As such, the revisional application has become infructuous.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2562 of 2012 is dismissed.

All pending applications, if any, in connection with revisional application, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
