Similarly, nobody for the opposite parties appears today. This is a long pending revisional application relatable to 2012, wherein transfer of a sessions case has been made from Chanchal to Jangipur in application of the provisions under Section 407 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
Parties have lost their interest over this case. No use of getting this matter listed any more. The revisional application being C.R.R.2563 of 2012 accordingly stands dismissed for default.
Department is directed to make communication of this order to the learned court below concerned within a week from hence.
