Report filed on behalf of the State is also taken on record. Heard the learned counsels for the parties.

It appears form the Report that the petitioner, namely, Subhajit Mondal @ Subojit Mondal is the same person as Subrata Mandal. It further appears that the petitioner is absconding for the last 13 years.

Considering the above and the incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
