The petitioner seeks direction upon the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer, Galsi-I, Purba Burdwan, the 6th respondent herein, to consider the representations submitted by the petitioner on 15th July, 2021 and 23rd July, 2021. Annexure A-7 to the writ petition indicates that the representations submitted by the petitioner were forwarded to the Block Land and Land Reforms Officer by the Additional District Magistrate and District Land & Land Reforms Officer, Purba Bardhaman by a letter dated 3rd August, 2021 with a direction to dispose of the same. In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 6th respondent to consider and dispose of the representations submitted by the petitioner dated 15th July,

2021 and 23rd July, 2021 within a period of one month from the date of communication of this order after affording reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the interested parties including the petitioner, in accordance with law. The decision taken by the authority shall be communicated to the petitioner within a week thereafter. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 19765 of 2021 is disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
