Ashraful Huq ...for the petitioner Mr. Pinaki Dhole Mr. Avishek Prasad ...for the State The cost imposed upon the District Inspector of Schools by my order dated 4th may, 2023 has been paid by the District Inspector of Schools on 12.05.2023, receipt wherefor is kept on record. The District Inspector of Schools in compliance with the order of this court has given hearing but ultimately rejected the prayer of the petitioner which has been produced today on behalf of the District Inspector of Schools and the same is kept on record. Copy of the said order has already been handed over to the petitioner and the petitioner wants to challenge the said reasoned order. He has the liberty to challenge the said order.

With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
