The petitioner seeks new electric connection for operation of submersible pump.

It is submitted that after filing of the writ petition, a quotation has been raised by the distribution company and that the petitioner has already submitted the amount as mentioned in the quotation sheet.

The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Assistant Engineer and Station Manager, Gazole Customer Care Centre, WBSEDCL, the third respondent herein, to take consequential necessary steps for effecting the new electric connection in favour of the writ petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest, but positively within a period of six weeks from the date of communication of this order, upon completion of all necessary formalities.
