1. As prayed for, leave is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioner to add the Sub-divisional Officer, Tomluk as a party respondent to the instant writ petition.

2. The petitioner is aggrieved by the inaction of the added respondent in considering the petitioner's representation dated July 29, 2025.

3. It appears that the writ petition has been filed prematurely on August 12, 2025.

4. In such view of the matter no mandatory order can be passed on this writ petition.

5. WPA 18711 of 2025 is disposed of with the above observations. However, the added respondent i.e. the Sub-divisional Officer, Tomluk shall be free to take a decision on the petitioner's representation dated July 29, 2025 strictly, in accordance with law.

6. There shall, however, be no order as to costs.

7. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied as expeditiously as possible. (Om Narayan Rai, J.)
