The instant application is filed under Section 397, 401 read with Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure praying for quashing of the Order dated 4th August, 2011 passed by the Court of learned Executive Magistrate Sadar, Hooghly in connection with M.P. Case No. 1093 of 2011 under Section 144 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

Since the original impugned order has met with statutory death long ago, the instant application is now infructuous.

Accordingly, the instant revisional application stands dismissed.
