The present revision has been preferred praying for setting aside of an order dated 22nd August, 2019 passed by the learned Sessions Judge, Nadia in connection with Criminal Appeal No.7 of 2018 thereby affirming the judgement and order dated 17th January, 2018 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Krishnanagar, Nadia in connection with G.R Case No.69 of 2005 corresponding to T.R No.351 of 2013.

Accordingly, on prayer of the learned Advocate on Record the present revision is disposed of as infructuous. Application, if any, connected thereto stands disposed of. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

Let a copy of this order be sent to the learned trial court at once.
