This is an application for restoration of restoration application of order, dated 10th September, 2025. Whereby the restoration application was also dismissed for default by the learned coordinate Bench. This revisional application was filed in the year 2019 and since then more than twice matter was dismissed for default and subsequently recalling application was also dismissed as none appeared before the Court. The learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the erstwhile advocate did not take appropriate steps but failed to substantiate the same. This Court do not find any merit in the application.

Petitioner despite knowing all the facts filed this application only in order to delay the proceeding. The conduct of the petitioner cannot be appreciated by this Court.

Hence, application being CRAN 6 of 2026 stands dismissed with cost of Rs. 2,000/- to be paid to the Office of the High Court Legal Services Committee and submit the receipt before the learned trial Court.
