This is a long pending revisional application relatable to 2012, wherein the order dated 14th June, 2012, under Section 144 Cr.P.C. is under challenge.

Several dates, previously fixed in this case already went adjourned, for the non appearance of the petitioner. Petitioner appears to have lost his interest over this case. No use of getting this matter listed any more. The revisional application being C.R.R.2572 of 2012 accordingly stands dismissed for default.

Department is directed to make communication of this order to the concerned learned Executive Magistrate within a week from hence.
