1. It appears from the certificate of the doctor dated 28th August, 2024 that the petitioner no. 1 was suffering from Malaria with mild Jaundice from 8th August, 2024 to 27th August, 2024 and, accordingly, was unable to comply with the direction. The petitioner no. 2 is the daughter of the petitioner no. 1 and during that period she was taking care of the petitioner no. 1.

2. Let the report filed today be kept with the record.

3. Considering the aforesaid facts, we extend the time to appear before the jurisdictional court within 10 days from date.

4. All other conditions shall remain unchanged.

5. CRAN 1 of 2024 is thus disposed of.
