Mr. Pulin Mondal, who claims to have been a trustee of now dissolved Natunpukur Shree Shree Ramakrishna Ashram Trust, submits that his client has no objection to the petitioner going back and functioning as a Secretary in Ramakrishna Seva Mission.

It is, however, submitted that the petitioner has been convicted in several criminal cases and there are other proceedings pending against him.

This Court is of the view that the persons opposed to the petitioner continuing as Secretary or Trustee may take steps in accordance with law, as they may be advised.

The petitioner shall not be prevented from entering into the Mission's Office located at Natunpukur, Action Area-III, Kolkata - 700 135 under Techno City Police Station, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate.

Mr. Gobindo Mondal is represented. He has no objection to the petitioner's returning to the Mission. Techno City Police Station, Bidhannagar Police Commissionerate shall render all assistance to the petitioner to return to the Mission's premises. Any civil disputes with any person may have with the petitioner or the trustee may be taken out before an appropriate Civil Court.

With the aforesaid observations, the instant writ petition shall stand disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
