Ms. Rituparna De Ghose Ms. Debjani Sahoo ... for the State Report filed by the State is taken on record. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the principal accused has already been arrested. The petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Learned counsel for the State submits that the petitioner was interrogated upon service of notice. His involvement could not be established. That is why a charge-sheet has been submitted, but not against the present petitioner. Since the charge-sheet has been submitted against other accused and the petitioner is not named as accused, there is no apprehension of arrest. However, it has been submitted by the State that the petitioner is not involved in this case. Therefore, no further order need be passed in this regard.

With these observations, the application for anticipatory bail is, thus, disposed of.
