There are ample materials connecting the petitioner with the crime. In view of the aforesaid facts and dilatory tactics were adopted by learned counsel to protract the proceeding, we do not consider it prudent to release the petitioner on bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. Trial court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same as expeditiously as possible without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
