The petitioner is aggrieved that the private respondent/developer has failed to develop certain common areas and roads in a property that was divided into plots. The petitioner is a purchaser of one such plot.

The Court is of the view that the dispute is purely civil in nature and the police have no role to play in the matter. The petitioner may take out appropriate civil proceedings in this regard. The I. C., Kalitala Ashuti Police Station shall ensure that there is no breach of peace in the area. With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
