Perused the report of the Medical Board dated 28th May, 2024. Five doctors of the Medical Board have opined that as the petitioner is undergoing treatment of Gastroenterology it is better to take medical reports from any Gastroenterology Department of any Medical College.

The petitioner insists that he is physically unfit and seeks transfer.

The Chairman, District Primary School Council, Jhargram is directed to take steps for assessing the

physical health of the petitioner from a Government recognized hospital.

If the report of the hospital suggests that the petitioner is physically unfit to travel to the place of his posting, then steps shall be taken for consideration of the prayer of the petitioner for transfer.

Steps shall be taken by the Council at the earliest but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of this order. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
