The writ petitioner has prayed for issuance of fresh Certificate of Authorization in respect of tourist permit which was granted to the petitioner.

During pendency of the writ petition, the permit has expired and the petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition and file a fresh writ petition on the said issue.

In view of the above, the writ petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action.
