The petitioner is aggrieved by the judgment and decree passed by the learned first appellate court in Ejectment Suit No.69 of 2016.

The petitioner admittedly has not filed any second appeal.

The revisional application is not maintainable. The revisional application is dismissed.

The petitioner is at liberty to take back the certified copy of the judgment and decree impugned, upon furnishing a photocopy thereof.
