The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that her representation dated 08.07.2024 was not addressed by the police authorities. The petitioner apprehends that her husband who was earlier assaulted may be again attacked during cultivation. There is civil dispute between the parties. The report submitted by the State reflects that an enquiry was conducted in respect of the incident complained of dated 08.07.2024. However, the facts alleged could not be substantiated. The petitioner claims that she and her husband are senior citizens. In case there is any breach of peace arising

between the co-sharers and the private respondents, the police authorities would ensure that the life of the petitioner and her husband are not at stake.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 19422 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
