1. Though the orders passed by the L.A. Judge being the 3rd Court at Barasat, North 24 Pgs. in LRA (Ex.) No.1 of 2010 arising out of LRA Case No.22 of 2000 is under challenge but Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, submits that the petitioner is praying for a direction upon the learned L.A judge to dispose of the execution case and for a direction upon the Collector to make the payment since the execution case is pending for a long time. This court is not inclined to pass any directions with regard to payment of the money at this stage.

2. CO 2932 of 2025 is disposed of by requesting the learned L.A judge to make an endeavour to dispose of the LRA (Ex.) No.1 of 2010 as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the next date of hearing without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.
