Perused the case diary.

The petitioner's case is that there was a case and counter case. Both sides suffered injuries.

It appears from the case diary that there were several injured persons in this case. Some received injuries on vital parts of the body. One person received fracture injury on the finger. The victim named the present petitioner as an assailant. Considering the above and other incriminating materials available in the case, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
