The grievance of the petitioner is directed against non-consideration of a representation dated June 24, 2024 in FORM - 'N' under Subrule (1) of Rule 10 of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972.

On behalf of the respondent authorities it is submitted that the application has been filed as recent as on June 24, 2024 and the same would be disposed of within three weeks from the date of communication of this order to the Authorities. In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent authorities, WPA No. 19427 of 2024 stands disposed of by directing the respondent authorities and more particularly the respondent No. 4, to consider and dispose of the representation dated June 24, 2024 filed in FORM- 'N' above within three weeks from the date of communication of this order.

It is made clear that this Court has not gone into the merits of the case and any observations made in this order do not bind the authorities insofar as the merits of the case are concerned in disposing of the above representation.
