In paragraph '2' of the order dated 06.08.2024, the words 'learned Additional Sessions Judge, 2nd Court, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas' be read as 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sealdah, South 24 Parganas'.

Other portions of the order shall remain the same. 4.

Department is directed to incorporate necessary correction in the order.

Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to them.
