Mr. Animesh Das ... for the respondent nos.4 to 7 , The petitioner alleges that the West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited has been making attempts to supply connection to the respondent nos.4 to 8, through the petitioner's land. Learned Advocate for the State Electricity Distribution Company Limited submits that upon receipt of the complaint of the petitioner, no steps have been taken for grant of new connection to the respondent nos.4 to 8. A way leave permission has been asked for. The said permission has not yet been provided to the company.

Learned Advocate for the respondent no.4 to 8 submits that there is a common passage, through which electricity can be granted. However, this issue

is not the subject-matter of the writ petition. The grievance of the writ petitioner has been taken care of for the time being.

Hence, the writ petition is disposed of.

All parties are to act on the basis of server copy of this order.
