1. Parties are represented through their respective learned counsel.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that this matter may be disposed of by directing the learned District Magistrate, Malda to consider the representation and pass a speaking order in accordance with law within a stipulated time. The other side has no objection.

3. The petition is disposed of by issuing the following directions:

If the petitioners are aggrieved by the selfsame cause, they may file a fresh comprehensive representation along with copy of this order and submit it before the District Magistrate, Malda. In turn, such authority shall consider and decide the representation in accordance with law within 120 days therefrom. The outcome shall be communicated to the petitioners.

4. The petition is disposed of without expressing any view on the merits of the matter.
