It is further submitted that he has been falsely implicated in the instant case.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record including the dying declaration of the deceased recorded by the doctor wherein the petitioner has been implicated in the murder. In view of the aforesaid fact and bearing in mind the gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is thus rejected.
