Mr. Susnigdho Bhattacharyya Ms. Sarmistha De ...for the petitioner Mr. Ranadeb Sengupta Mr. Debarshi Brahma ....for the State Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits as follows. The petitioner is absolutely innocent. He had left the Company in question about two years ago.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State relies on the case diary and opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. He submits that the petitioner and another accused were employed with a Nonbanking Financial Company under the IndusInd Bank. They used to collect EMIs from borrowers, but did not deposit substantial amounts to the Bank. Reliance is placed on relevant documents including the complaints lodged by borrowers before the police. Considering the above and the other incriminating materials available in the case diary, I do not consider this to be a fit case for granting anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected. (Jay Sengupta, J.)
