Petitioners complain that in spite of directions passed in WPA 3981 of 2025 dated 03.03.2025, police authorities are not taking any steps. Petitioners as such have approached this Court for removal of Jhupri in the land and to take appropriate steps against the private respondents. It is further alleged that there should not be any interference and disturbance at the behest of the private respondents so far as the petitioners are concerned.

Be that as it may, Mr. Sen, learned AAG appearing for the State submits that police authorities have complied with the order passed by this Court and as such, prevented any breach of the peace and tranquility or any untoward incident which may result.

Petitioners claim regarding removal and eviction of Jhupri. The same is not the domain of this Court and would be considered by an

appropriate forum dealing and deciding with civil disputes.

It is reiterated that police authorities would abide by the earlier order so passed and ensure that there is no violation of law and order.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 18678 of 2025 is disposed of. There will be no order as to costs.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
