The petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Ms. Sujata Das, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. Her appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The subject-matter of this revisional application is relating to supply of certified copies which is not within the domain of this Court for the purposes of exercising jurisdiction under Sections 482/483/401/309 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The petitioner would be at liberty to approach the learned Registrar General, High Court, Calcutta or the learned Registrar (Judicial Service), High Court, Calcutta, if there is any difficulty in respect of receiving certified copies in respect of which application has been preferred. With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 3089 of 2022 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
