Hence nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition.

However, the Birnagar Municipality is directed to keep strict vigil over the concerned place and ensure that no obstruction is caused over the public road and that free movement of the pedestrian and vehicles are not hampered in any manner whatsoever.

Accordingly, the writ petition and the connected application stand disposed of.

The officer in charge of Taherpur police station has filed a report; let it be taken on record.

Certified copy of this order, if applied for, shall be made available to the parties.
