Heard learned Advocates appearing for the parties. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner being aggrieved by inaction on the part of the respondent authority concerned in considering the petitioner's representation for redressal of his grievance made through his Advocate on 21st February, 2022 as appears at page 30 being Annexure P-5 to the writ petition. Details of the said grievance will appear from the said representation. Though it appears from record that in response to the aforesaid representation dated 21st February, 2022, Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Purba BardhamanI, Range, Burdwan by its letter dated 19th April, 2022 on the said representation, parawise comments have intimated to the petitioner's Advocate instead of passing a reasoned and speaking order/decision on the said representation.

Considering the submission of the parties, this writ petition being WPA 19038 of 2022 is disposed of by

directing the Assistant Registrar of Co-operative Societies, Purba Bardhaman-I, Range, Burdwan, respondent No.4 to consider and dispose of the aforesaid representation dated 21st February, 2022 in accordance with law by passing a reasoned and speaking order and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner or his authorised representative within eight weeks from the date of communication of this order.

With this observation and direction, this writ petition being WPA 19038 of 2022 is disposed of. ( Md. Nizamuddin, J. )
