No.6161 of 2021 Susanta Dutta -VersusSmt Priyanka Singla, The District Magistrate, Purba Burdwan Ms. Rama Halder .....For the Petitioner Affidavit of service filed in Court be taken on record. It appears from the order passed by the District Magistrate, Purba Burdwan dated 24th June, 2021 that the order passed by this Court has been substantially complied with.

It appears that there is a private dispute in between the petitioner herein i.e. Sushanta Dutta and the writ petitioners Ananta Samanta & Ors. in the writ petition. Sushanta Dutta was impleaded as a private respondent in the writ petition in W.P.A. No.6161 of 2021.

On perusal of the order dated 24th June, 2021 it appears that the order of the Court has been substantially complied with by the District Magistrate, Purba Burdwan. It will be open for the petitioner herein to challenge the order passed by the District Magistrate, if so advised. No further order is required to be passed in the present contempt application.

The contempt application stands disposed of.
