Ms. Anamika Pandey, learned Advocate led by Mr. Pinaki Chakraborty learned Advocate appears for the respondents Union of India.

Both learned Advocates unanimously submit that, the issue involved in this writ petition is identical with WPA 19472 of 2024 which is appearing under the heading "For Orders" against item no.11 of today's cause list. They jointly submit that these two matters can be taken up together for final consideration. Accordingly, this writ petition along with WPA 19472 of 2024 shall appear under the heading "For Orders" on November 12, 2025.

Ms. Anamika Pandey, learned Advocate appearing for the Union of India submits that, these matters can be disposed of on the basis of notifications issued from time to time by the DOPT, Union of India. She shall submit the bunch of notifications before this Court on the next day upon copies being served on the learned advocate on record for the petitioner.
