This is application for condonation of delay. There is a delay of 90 days in preferring the memorandum of appeal.

Sufficient cause being shown for not being able to file the instant memorandum of appeal within the time of limitation, the delay of 90 days in preferring the memorandum of appeal is condoned. The prayer for condonation of delay is allowed.

In view of the fact that the petitioner was not appointed against any sanctioned post and after the West Bengal Central School Service Commission Act, 1997 came into force, we do not find any reason to interfere with the order passed by the learned Single Judge.
