From the office report dated May 22, 2026, subsequent to our last direction, it transpires that the defects have not been cured by the appellant. 4.

Accordingly, FAT No. 382 of 2025 is dismissed for non-compliance of the court's order.

Consequentially, CAN 1 of 2026 stands dismissed as well.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
