It is submitted on behalf of the counsel for the alleged contemnor No.2, Mr. Jahar Lal Dey, that PPO has been issued. A copy of the same has been handed over to the learned counsel for the petitioner in Court today.

The Treasury Officer, Diamond Harbour shall release the arrears as well as family pension to the petitioner upon furnishing bank particulars and other documents of identity.

Therefore, nothing further remains to be adjudicated in the contempt application.

Hence, the contempt application shall stand disposed of.

Personal presence of the alleged contemnors, if any, is dispensed with.

Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.

There shall be no order as to costs.

A copy of the aforesaid PPO is taken on record. 9.
