Learned advocate appearing for the opposite parties submits that by the order impugned the application under Order 39 Rule 1 and 2 of the Civil Procedure Code was disposed of thereby passing an order of status quo till the disposal of the suit subject to relaxation as mentioned in the said order. The order impugned being an appellable one, this court is not inclined to entertain this civil revision application.

Accordingly, this civil revision application stands dismissed as not maintainable.

It is, however, made clear that dismissal of this civil revision application shall not preclude the

petitioners from approaching the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
