The writ petitioner has used a supplementary affidavit indicating that there is vacancy in the post of Assistant Teacher in Chemistry (Post Graduate), in the Bengali Medium Higher Secondary school at Bagnan Adarsha Balika Vidyalaya, Bagnan, Uluberia circle. In that view of the matter, the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission shall consider the vacancy subject to any other prior choices having been made by the third person and subject to any other regulations post the petitioner at the said school against the equivalent post i.e. Assistant Teacher in Chemistry (Post Graduate).

In the event there is difficulty in posting the petitioner in such school, a nearby Higher Secondary School shall be identified for the purpose of posting the petitioner in such similar post.

It is expected that the aforesaid exercise shall be carried out by the Chairman, West Bengal Central School Service Commission, within a period of three weeks from date.

Supplementary affidavit filed by the petitioner is taken on record.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
