Mr. Bhunia, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the alleged contemnors submits that the order of this Court has already been complied with and the delay which has occurred towards such compliance is neither intentional nor deliberate. Let the documents, as placed, be kept on record.

Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioners through video conferencing submits that notional promotion has been granted to the petitioner no.2, namely, Bilash Maitra and a calculation sheet pertaining to the benefits have already been sent to the competent authority vide memo dated 6th May, 2026.

In view thereof, we are not inclined to proceed with the contempt application any further and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

Appearance of the alleged contemnor no.2 is also dispensed with.
