Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite of directions passed by the Executive Magistrate no steps have been taken by the police authorities. Report submitted by the state reflects that Ballygunge Police Station Case No. 128 dated 17.12.2023 and Ballygunge Police Station Case No. dated 09.01.2024 were registered against respondent no. 4.

Report also reflects on the basis of the complaint of the respondent no. 4, Ballygunge Police Station Case No. 127 dated 17.12.2023 has also been registered for investigation against the present petitioner and his father-in-law.

Pursuant to the investigation having been completed charge sheet has also been submitted before the jurisdictional court.

If during the pendency of the present cases there has been any excess which is involved, petitioner would bring the same to the notice of the learned jurisdictional court who would vary, alter, modify the conditions of bail and/or any other liberty granted to the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 19392 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
