We have considered the materials on record.

Statement of the minor victim implicates the petitioner in the offence of penetrative sexual assault. Bail prayer was rejected in June, 2024. Vulnerable witness is yet to be examined. 3.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected.
