In this public interest petition the petitioner has raised a grievance that a large number of people of Sehara Radha Nagar Gram Panchayat are being deprived of the benefit of Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojona (Gramin)/Pradhan Mantri Gramin Awas Yojona.
The record reflects that the petitioner has already filed the representation dated 12.02.2022 enclosing therewith a list of the persons who have been deprived of the benefit.
Learned counsel for the State has fairly submitted that the representation, so filed by the petitioner, can be duly looked into by the respondent no.5 i.e. District Magistrate, North Barasat.
Hence, we dispose of the present petition by directing the respondent no.5 i.e. District Magistrate to duly consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in the representation dated 12.02.2022 in accordance with
law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Petitioner is directed to submit a fresh copy of the representation along with a copy of this order. The petition is accordingly disposed of.
