In the said order, there were directions for effective investigation so far as Nabagram PS Case No. 48 of 2015 dated 04.02.2015 is concerned.

State has submitted the Case Diary before this court which reflects that in connection with the aforesaid case, in the year 2016, Final Report "as true'

was submitted before the jurisdictional criminal court.

Having considered that the petitioner is unaware regarding the outcome of the investigation of Nabagram PS Case No.

of dated 04.02.2015 and the fact that earlier a Co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court has passed an order for effective investigation in connection with the aforesaid case, I grant liberty to the petitioner to apply under the relevant provisions of Section 173(8) of the Cr.P.C before the learned Magistrate and, if it so warrants, the petitioner will produce the materials which are in his custody. The learned Magistrate would assess as also ascertain the circumstances that the petitioner who has complained for having suffered cannot be without remedies and the police authorities must be compelled to work inconsonance with the provisions of law.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 18807 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.

Case Diary be returned to the learned advocate for the State.
