1. In paragraph no. 3 of the order dated February 5, 2024, instead of Section 39 of the LICI Act, it should be read as Section 39 of the Insurance Act.

2. Insofar as the names of learned counsel appearing on the said date are concerned, there are apparently certain errors in that regard too.

3. Learned counsel for the parties, who are appearing today, are requested to jot down their names to be recorded. Such names are to be treated as the names for the counsel who appeared on the said date.

4. Let this order be treated to be a part of the order dated February 5, 2024.
