So that they may released all retrial benefit in favour of the petitioner by virtue of direction of this Court passed by a Single Bench as well as the Division Bench. This matter appears after six years. None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Considering the situation, it appears to me that the petitioner is not interested to proceed with this matter. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is dismissed for default.

Any interim order passed by this Court on the earlier occasion is hereby also vacated.
