Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw CAN 1 of 2025 under instructions of the petitioner.

CAN 1 of 2025 was moved to recall the order dated 6th August, 2024 vide which CO 2756 of 2024 was disposed of.

In view of the submissions made hereinabove, the application being CAN 1 of 2025 stands dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to agitate all the points before the learned Trial Court in terms of order dated 6th August, 2024.
